Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bluetyga account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
